Transfer "is an international forum that focuses on the economic, managerial, and policy implications of technology transfer, entrepreneurship, and innovation. This magazine pays special attention to the relationship between the external environment and organizations (including governments, public institutions, companies, universities) and their innovation processes. Welcome to different presentation methods, from extensive empirical analysis to theoretical models, and then to case studies based on theoretical foundations.

The journal also focuses on research on management practices and technology transfer strategies, exploring external factors that influence these practices, including policy developments, regulatory and legal issues, and global trends. In addition, it also includes various types of papers ranging from case studies to comparative analysis.
